We flew from Sydney to Melbourne this morning and after renting a car we drove out to the Yarra Valley. We checked into our hotel and then went to a couple of wineries.
I regret to say that the first kangaroo we’ve seen since we got here was a dead one in the road today. I think they are like deer- they come out at dusk and get stunned by headlights. Pretty sad. Just hope I don’t see a dead koala.
Looks like there’s no Internet here, so won’t post much tonight. I’m still not used to typing on this phone.
